Our Rutherglen Dry Gin
A juniper-forward dry gin shaped by the land and layered with native Australian botanicals.
Each batch is copper distilled in our still, 'Flora', allowing the botanicals to express clarity and balance before being bottled and labelled onsite in Rutherglen.
Nose
Bright citrus and lifted juniper, softened by warm spice.
Palate
Classic dry structure with lemon peel and gentle anise warmth.
Finish
Clean, balanced and subtly rounded by native botanicals.
