  • Delivery cannot be completed

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post or courier services. Loam Distillery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Due to the nature of alcohol products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist.
