Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Loam Distillery, we take great care in packaging and delivering your order. Due to the nature of alcohol products, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to resolve it.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Returns
If a return is required, items must be:

Unopened and unused

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.
To request a return, please contact info@loamdistillery.com.au - If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on alcohol products. If your return is approved, we may offer a replacement item or store credit where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind on alcohol purchases

Opened or partially consumed bottles

Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
If your return or claim is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact info@loamdistillery.com.au.
